Mom needed back up once my step father's health declined and we did not know where to begin. I called my mom yesterday and asked how she was doing and she answered "I'm doing terrific!" she sounded so happy - Katie gave her a bath and did her nails; helped her with makeup and hair and helped her pick out a nice outfit for a visit west my father. I tin't tell y'all how happy it made me and want to cheers and your staff for being so kind and attentive. Destiny cooked and so many yummy things for her in the short time she was there Everyone has washed such a wonderful job washing clothes and picking up/cleaning. Their willingness to communicate needs comeback. We are frustrated with our request to limit the number of caregivers coming in and with getting consequent caregivers. They don't seem to exist able to follow through with that asking. It is pretty important to Joseph. Some of the caregivers are outstanding only some of them really need more preparation.

We had to place my mother in an assisted living facility. We did not realize how astringent her dementia was. Right at Domicile came in every solar day of the week for about 18 hours a day at the assisted living facility. My mother was scared and anxious. Lanette herself has gone way above and beyond to assistance our family in a very difficult situation. I live in Colorado and it has been a swell comfort to me knowing that RAH has been talking care of my parents in Massachusetts when I have not been able to exist there. I strongly recommend the services of RAH to anyone needing in home health care.
